Leadership Breakfast

RSVP for the leadership breakfast

The below form is for collecting responses from both CEOs attending the breakfast and operational champions attending both portions of the event. Please RSVP by Tuesday, March 1, 2022. If applicable, please include the name(s) of the operational champion(s) also planning to attend with title, department, and email address.

Note: An operational champion is a leader in your organization responsible for addressing domestic violence through policy, training, or programming. In some organizations it is led by HR, in others by the chief security officer or risk management, still others by DEI teams. If there are multiple leaders responsible for addressing the issue, you may register them all.

Safety and Health

Pittsburgh Cultural Trust covid protocols will be followed during this event. Current protocols include mask-wearing at all times (unless actively eating/drinking), proof of full vaccination or a negative test within 72 hrs of an antigen test  or 24 hours for a PCR test from an approved testing facility (at home tests are not accepted) at time of entry along with photo ID. Please feel free to review the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust website for additional information and greater clarification.
