Each year, Southwest Pa Says No More invites community members to lend their voice to the prevention of domestic violence and sexual assault for the annual Father’s Day Pledge. While we cannot publicly gather as in years past, we encourage everyone to do their part. This message comes at a critical time as reports of abuse continue to rise in our region.

Here are three ways to show support:

  1. Take the pledge! https://southwestpasaysnomore.org/fathers-day-pledge/
  2. Say “NO MORE” and share why on social media with this downloadable sign.
  3. Look for an exclusive video debut on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 21, 2020. Also hear local leaders recite the pledge in this recap of our largest gathering to date in 2019: https://southwestpasaysnomore.org/video/fifth-fathers-day-pledge-recap/

“We are grateful to everyone for stepping up to support this initiative year after year and say NO MORE to domestic violence and sexual assault,” says Kristy Trautmann, executive director of the FISA Foundation. “These are serious issues affecting as many as one in three women and many men – that’s far too many.”

In 2019, more than 400 attendees participated in the Father’s Day Pledge ceremony in downtown Pittsburgh. More than 3,600 southwestern Pennsylvanians have signed the pledge online.

Join us. Together, we can end abuse.
